Aug 03, 2020 (newstodate): Ukraine Airlines International is trimming its aircraft fleet for excess capacity in the current coronavirus-driven era.
The carrier has thus redelivered one Boeing 737-800 aircraft operated only since March 2018 to its US lessor.
After this, the airline's fleet comprises 33 aircraft including five Embraer 190, two Embraer 195, 17 Boeing 737-800 of which four are stored, four Boeing 737-900ER, two Boeing 767-300ER that are both slated for withdrawal in 2020, and three Boeing 777-200ER that are all stored.
Also, the airline's aircraft order book stands at a flat zero.
