Aug 12, 2020 (newstodate): Norway's seafood group Mowi has made two appointments to fill the position left vacant by the retreat from August 1, 2020, of the former Managing Director of its seafood terminal at Oslo Airport, Tom Erling Mikkelsen.
   Mette Meyer-Nilsen has been appointed Operations Manager, while Lars Toemte is new Procurement Manager at the facility.
   Ms Meyer-Nilsen has been with Mowi, earlier named Marine Harvest, since September 2013 and traces a career in logistics and forwarding since 2000.
   Mr Toemte is newcomer to Mowi, serving with Norwegian since May 2014 and last in a position as Norwegian Cargo Operations Manager since June 2019 after more than 12 years with Jetpak.
   Mowi is a leading Norwegian seafood Group expecting to harvest some 450,000 tonnes in 2020 despite the current negative effects on trade from the pandemic.
