Aug 20, 2020 (newstodate): The Slovak full-charter and ACMI carrier Go2Sky has reached the end of its short life, announcing a full stop to services.
The coronavirus pandemic has effectively brought down the ACMI market, vital to the carrier, and all operations are thus to cease by the end of August 2020.
In the fleet of Go2Sky are four Boeing 737-800 aircraft that are now to be redelivered to the lessor.
Based at Bratislava and managed and founded by Daniel Ferjancek, Go2Sky took in its first aircraft, a Boeing 737-400, by June 15, 2013.
