Jul 03, 2020 (newstodate): The Estonian carrier Nyxair, based at Tallinn Airport, has added a second cargo aircraft to its fleet.
Jetstream Aviation Capital has announced the delivery of one Saab 340B cargo aircraft to NyxAir as the first of a multi-aircraft Saab 340 and Saab 2000 commitment with NyxAir.
The SAAB 340B aircraft was converted to cargo configuration at TABY Air Maintenance in Orebro, Sweden, and will be used for NyxAir's cargo charter operations throughout Europe.
Earlier this year, the carrier took delivery of three ex-Loganair SAAB 2000 aircraft leased from Jetstream Aviation Capital, a Miami-based aircraft lessor specializing in commercially-operated regional turboprop aircraft, and the largest global owner of Saab 340 and Saab 2000 aircraft and associated spares and engines.
