Jun 03, 2020 (newstodate): After a six-months pause in deliveries, Latvia's airBaltic is soon to see one new Airbus A2320-300 aircraft on the approach.
This year's first delivery for airBaltic is now in the air commencing its flight test program on May 23, 2020, and expected to lift off for Riga Airport within a month.
The aircraft will become the 23rd in airBaltic's fleet as one of four aircraft slated for this year, bringing the fleet to 26 units by the end of the year.
airBaltic introduced its first Airbus A220-300 aircraft on scheduled flights from December 14, 2016, and is currently awaiting the delivery of a further 28 aircraft with options for another 30 units.
