May 11, 2020 (newstodate): As in the preceding weeks, Singapore Airlines will be back with an all-cargo operation between Singapore and Copenhagen.
Singapore Airlines has scheduled the flight for May 14, 2020, with an Airbus A350-900 passenger aircraft carrying PPE and other medic shipments in the belly cargo compartment.
The carrier performed the first all-cargo operation from Singapore to Copenhagen on April 2, 2020, under a plan initially comprising seven rotations between Singapore and Copenhagen, with one operation per week and later extended week by week.
This remains to be the case, so Singapore Airlines Cargo cannot at this moment confirm if more flights will follow after this week's operation.
While initially driven by the imports into Denmark and Scandinavia, the flights are reportedly returning from Copenhagen to Singapore with full loads of Scandinavian export cargo.
