May 12, 2020 (newstodate): Lithuania's VIP passenger charter carrier KlasJet has now added cargo capacity to its product portfolio.
   On May 11, 2020, KlasJet completed the hand-over of one Boeing 737-300 converted freighter from Iceland's cargo ACMI and charter airline Bluebird Nordic, both airlines member of the Avia Solutions Group.
   The decision to add cargo operations provides a lifeline to KlasJet that is seeing little demand in its core market for passenger transportation.
   KlasJet was set up by Avia Solutions Group in November 2013 and has since grown its fleet of VIP-configured Boeing 737 aircraft mainly acquired from the Latvian carrier airBaltic as they were phased out.
   Avia Solutions Group signed an agreement on January 24, 2020, to take over all shares in Bluebird Nordic, which allowed Avia Solutions Group to enter the narrow-body ACMI cargo business.
