May 01, 2020 (newstodate): The French company Bollore Logistics has taken a further step in the Nordic markets.
   Bollore Logistics has thus acquired a majority stake in the Swedish company Global Freight Solutions AB with HQs at Gothenburg, managed by Johan Moerth, and its Finnish subsidiary, extending its global network to 600 offices in 109 countries with 25,000 employees.  
   The new acquisition completes the company’s presence in all four Nordic markets, building on the set-up of Bollore Logistics Norway already from 2012, managed by Rune Engebretsen, and the take-over in January 2018 of the Danish forwarding and logistics provider Global Solutions, managed by Thomas Toubro.
