Mar 12, 2020 (newstodate): Declining demand in the market forces Air Serbia to suspend flights on its route to Finland.
According to the latest information, Air Serbia is thus suspending its three weekly rotations between Belgrade and Helsinki till mid-June, 2020.
So far, no information on changes in flights on its other Nordic routes to Copenhagen and Stockholm is available.
Air Serbia launched flights between Belgrade and Helsinki in June 2019 with two weekly rotations using a mix of a leased-in CRJ900 from Nordica and own Airbus A319 aircraft on the route, and the route was to be operated year-round if warranted by a satisfactory market response.
In December 2019, Air Serbia was said to be shortly announcing flights from Belgrade to Oslo with three weekly rotations starting from June 2020, but this has still not been confirmed.
