Mar 10, 2020 (newstodate): Iran Air has now suspended all flights on routes between Iran and Europe.
The suspension has taken effect immediately, and Iran Air blames European fears of US retaliation in case of sanctions breaches as the reason for the stop of flights to Europe, rather than issues concerning coronavirus.
Until March 8, 2020, Iran Air has been offering twice-weekly flights from Tehran to Stockholm Airport, once weekly to Gothenburg as well as flights to Cologne/Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, London Heathrow, Milan, Paris, Amsterdam and Vienna.
