Feb 03, 2020 (newstodate): Hungary's Budapest Airport will see daily connections to Seoul, South Korea, in summer 2020.
Starting from May 23 and until October 17, 2020, Korean Air will make its entry at Budapest as provider of flights between the two countries, offering three weekly rotations on the route.
Korean Air will thus complement the services by the Polish carrier LOT that performed its inaugural flight between Budapest and Seoul on September 23, 2019, and has announced the addition of a fourth weekly frequency from May 2020 in order to meet market demands.
