Feb 12, 2020 (newstodate): The Danish EASA and FAA part 145 approved MRO provider Skyways Technics is setting up a new subsidiary in Lithuania.
   To be based at Kaunas that is already an established center for aircraft maintenance, the coming new Lithuanian subsidiary is currently hiring technical staff and business analysts to start up operations later in 2020.
   Headquartered at Sonderborg, Denmark, Skyways Technics already operates a subsidiary in Kuala Lumpur, a sales office located in Dubai and a sales office in Florida, employing a total of some 150 staff.
   Built on the former Cimber Air technical department, Skyways Technics managed by Benjamin Nielsen as CEO has its focus on maintenance, repair and spare part support for ATR and CRJ aircraft.
