Feb 11, 2020 (newstodate): At Helsinki Airport, ASR Cargo Center and Airpro have signed a cooperation agreement.
The agreement will allow Airpro to expand into cargo handling at Helsinki Airport.
Airpro can thus provide its airline customers with a full service package including cargo services in addition to existing ground and passenger handling services, and ASR Cargo Terminal will gain access to a new potential airline customer portfolio.
Starting from March 1, 2018, ASR Cargo Center provides air cargo handling and cargo terminal services at Finland's Helsinki Airport, primarily serving a long list of off-line carriers but adding Lufthansa Cargo as its first on-line customer in September 2018, and as well as Tibet Airlines from April 8 and Juneyao Airlines from June 13, 2019.
Part of Finavia Corporation, the Finnish airport ground handling company Airpro employs some 1,450 staff providing ground and passenger services at 16 Finnish airports including Helsinki Airport.
