Nov 02, 2020 (newstodate): After September's strong 10-percent hike in cargo volumes, October proved a cooling experience for Billund Airport.
   In October 2020, volumes of cargo through the airport thus dipped 12.4 percent, y-o-y, to 5,869 tonnes including 1,618 tonnes of imports, down 17.4 percent, and 4,251 tonnes of exports that were down 10.4 percent.
   During the first 10 months of this year, the airport has thus handled a total of 55,478 tonnes of cargo, down 9.5 percent, y-o-y.
