Nov 13, 2020 (newstodate): Lithuania's Kaunas Airport is expanding its role as a major aviation services hub through the cooperation between FL Technics and the Irish company MAAS Aviation.
   The two parties announced their cooperation in October 2019  to offer a one-stop-shop experience at Kaunas Airport to airlines and leasing companies, combining full engineering and maintenance support with aircraft painting.
   The new 12,000 sq m twin-bay facility soon to be commissioned will allow painting of two aircraft simultaneously, focusing on the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 types of aircraft.
