Nov 26, 2020 (newstodate): Jetpak Finland has taken new steps to broaden its coverage of the Finnish market.
   The company has thus signed a contract with VR - Finnish National Railways - to start transportation of Jetpak shipments by rail.  
   The cooperation starting out with transport of shipments to and from Helsinki with up to one departure per hour 24/7 includes transportation of urgent shipments, such as sensitive samples and medicines from the healthcare sector as well as urgent industrial spare parts.
    A key driver behind Jetpak's decision to add rail transportation to its service portfolio that has so far focussed on domestic flights reflects the dwindling supply of air services in Finland during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
