Nov 13, 2020 (newstodate): China's CAAC has issued a number of circuit breaker instructions for multiple flights of Finnair, Air China, China Southern Airlines, Cambodia Angkor Air, and Emirates.

In view of the fact that AY105 is an award flight of the AY87 flight, according to relevant regulations, it is also stopped.
Starting from November 16, Finnair flights from Helsinki to Shanghai will be suspended for one week, and the route Helsinki to Nanjing will be cancelled.
The flights of the UAE and Finnish airlines before November 16 can continue. If the fusing mechanism is triggered during the period, the fusing time will be calculated cumulatively.
According to CAAC policies, flights are suspended for a week if the number of infected incoming passengers reaches five, and the suspension extends to four weeks if 10 passengers test positive.
On the positive side, airlines are allowed to increase their flights to two weekly rotations if all arrivals on a flight test negative for three successive weeks.
