Oct 07, 2020 (newstodate): Without loud fanfares, Worldwide Flight Services has named a new Director Scandinavia: Thomas Egeland.
   With effect from October 5, 2020, Mr Egeland is managing WFS operations at Copenhagen Airport and Stockholm Airport, returning to the airport environment where he started his long career in 1992 with DHL, later moving to positions with companies including FedEx, SAS Cargo, TNT, UTi and Damco, while last serving as removal company TLS Group COO until taking up his new assignment with WFS.
   WFS Scandinavia has been under interim management after a brief period with Jack Brandstrup as Managing Director from August till December 2019.
