   And on September 24, 2020, the two countries' transport ministers signed a bilateral intergovernmental agreement allowing a Ukrainian AIRNAV company to provide ATC services supporting the airport's operations.
   The agreement is complicated by the fact that unlike Ukraine, Slovakia is a NATO member, and the Ukrainian-Slovak border is the external border of NATO, raising issues of security and defense.
