Oct 16, 2020 (newstodate): As everywhere else, the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic marks the passenger volumes at the Nordic airports in September 2020.
Norway's Oslo Airport saw its total passenger volumes down by 78.4 percent, y-o-y, to 574,574 passengers - but was saved by the country's large domestic traffic accounting for 446,057 passengers, down more moderately by 59.5 percent, while international passenger volumes dropped by 91.7 percent to a mere 128,517 passengers.
Sweden's Stockholm Airport handled 402,686 passengers in September 2020, down 83 percent, y-o-y, including 270,002 passengers on international routes, down 86 percent.
Denmark's Copenhagen Airport noted a decline by 83.1 percent in total passenger numbers, including a drop by 83.7 percent in European volumes totaling 86,117 passengers, and a drop by 91.8 percent in the number of intercontinental passengers totaling 24,438.
