Oct 09, 2020 (newstodate): Russia's Kaliningrad Khrabrovo international Airport is actively lobbying for obtaining 7th Freedom Rights.
The airport currently enjoys 5th Freedom Rights that allow foreign airlines to carry passengers, cargo and mail not just between destinations in own country and Kaliningrad, but also between own country, third countries and Kaliningrad.
The introduction of 7th Freedom Rights will add the right to carry passengers or cargo between two foreign countries without any continuing service to one's own country.
Located on Khrabrovo is the international airport of Kaliningrad, Russia's enclosed enclave at the Baltic Coast
The airport has regular air connections with Moscow, St Petersburg, Belgorod, Volgograd, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Kaluga, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Sochi, Cherepovets, Warsaw, Riga, Tashkent, and Minsk.
