Oct 09, 2020 (newstodate): Estonia's Tallinn Airport is seeing air traffic slowly, but gradually picking up after the strict Covid-10 lockdown, eased from September 29.
12 European destinations are now on the airport's monitors including Frankfurt, Helsinki, Copenhagen, London, Paphos, Riga, Warsaw, Edinburgh, Brussels, Stockholm, Milan, and Vilnius.
Latvia's airBaltic operates five of these routes, with Ryanair coming second with four destinations from Tallinn Airport.
Already now, Vienna, Berlin and Oslo are popping up as well, all routes operated by airBaltic.
In September, passenger volumes were still low, however, reaching only 15 percent of volumes in September 2019, totaling 45,225.
