Jan 24, 2020 (newstodate): Coming shortly after Hainan Airlines' decision to close for bookings on the route between Beijing and Prague from the coming summer schedule, another Chinese carrier is also reducing its offerings.
China Eastern Airlines is announcing that flight frequency on the route between Shanghai and Prague will be reduced from currently three to two weekly rotations from the start of the coming summer 2020 season.
Hainan Airlines was the first Chinese airline to introduce flights to the Czech Republic with flights between Beijing and Prague starting from September 23, 2015.
China Eastern Airlines has been online at Prague since June 23, 2016, with regular direct scheduled service connecting Prague and Shanghai.
