Aug 26, 2019 (newstodate): The independent airport ground handling provider Inter Handling Finland Oy has expanded its cooperation with Latvia's airBaltic.
The company has signed a multi-year extension to its ongoing contract with airBaltic to provide full ground handling services at Finland's Turku Airport - served by airBaltic from Riga since July 7, 2009.
Established in November 2013 and based in Turku, Inter Handling Finland Oy took over Swissport Finland's business operations at Turku and Tampere-Pirkkala airports on January 16, 2014, and has been serving Finnair, Flybe, SAS, Air Baltic and charter operators at the two airports.
