Jul 05, 2019 (newstodate): The hi-end Lithuanian charter and ACMI carrier KlasJet, based at Vilnius Airport, has now entered its second ex-airBaltic Boeing 737-500 aircraft into commercial service.
The new aircraft that has been extensively refurbished will be allocated to charter, ACMI, and tailored specific services.
With this latest addition, the aircraft of KlasJet comprises six aircraft including one Bombardier CRJ200, one Bombardier Challenger 850, and four Boeing 737-500 aircraft including one ex-Transaero delivered in February 2017 - and one more ex-airBaltic Boeing 737-500 aircraft will join commercial service shortly.
KlasJet was set up in 2013 as a subsidiary of the Lithuanian aviation conglomerate Avia Solutions Group.
