Jun 04, 2019 (newstodate): The Polish carrier LOT is soon to present a new strategy for development till 2027.
   The airline is now successfully concluding the tasks set by the current strategy set up in 2019, and is bent on further growth.
   The coming new strategy will formulate LOT's financial goals, comprising forecasts for the growth in passengers volumes and the number of aircraft as well as the development of the carrier at the airports in Warsaw and Budapest including opening new international and intercontinental routes.
   Budapest Airport will increase in importance for LOT as its second hub, opening up markets in East and Southeast Europe for transit passengers between Europe and Asia/North America.
   Already now, half of the passengers transported by LOT are transferring at Warsaw and Budapest for onward travels.
