Jun 27, 2019 (newstodate): Finland's Helsinki Airport is big in air traffic to China - but still "only" #6 among 16 European airports, counting the number of Chinese airports served non-stop from Helsinki in August 2019.
   According to the list published by the media Anker Report, the undisputed #1 is Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport with 23 Chinese airports with non-stop services by 111 weekly departures.
   Surpassed by Paris CDG, London LHR, Rome FCO, and Frankfurt, Helsinki Airport has 37 weekly direct non-stop flights to seven airports in China, but new code-share agreements with Chinese carriers Juneyao Air and China Southern adds another 13 Chinese destinations via these carriers' hubs in China.
   Denmark's Copenhagen Airport barely makes it to the list with a position as #14, offering 20 weekly non-stop flights to three Chinese destinations.
