Jun 25, 2019 (newstodate): Starting from Q4, 2019, Finnair is expanding its cooperation with the Norwegian crew sourcing company OSM Aviation for regional cabin services.
   Already serving Finnair with cabin services on the  routes between Helsinki and Singapore and Hong Kong since 2015, OSM will now also staff Finnair's flights with cabin services on the route between Delhi and Helsinki, with all services in English reflecting the fact that 85 percent of Finnair customers on the Delhi route are international.
   The regional cabin crew, now employed by Global Aviation and operating the cabin services on Delhi route, will be offered an option to transfer to OSM Aviation.
   OSM Aviation is the first company to offer total crew management services in international aviation, including recruitment, training, crew management and planning of both flight deck and cabin crew worldwide.
   In less than six years, OSM Aviation has grown from zero to approximately 6,000 employees, and the company is currently present in 19 countries.
