May 22, 2019 (newstodate): Ukraine International Airlines continues its fleet expansion and renewal in 2018.  
   The carrier has thus taken delivery of its second Embraer 195 aircraft due for entry intro commercial service with UIA from May 27, 2019, already.
   The new aircraft is the 7th Embraer in the fleet that also comprises five Embraer 190.
   On the other hand, the airline is struggling with the grounding of its four Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft forcing UIA to revise and optimize the schedule, resulting in some flights being cancelled and frequency on a number of routes reduced.
