May 08, 2019 (newstodate): Latvia is now presenting a full program for its forthcoming Riga Aviation Forum 2019 on June 13, 2019.
The core scope of the forum will be focused on two issues: a national aviation strategy and core infrastructure development, and unmanned aircraft systems as part of global aviation.
At last year's Riga Aviation Forum, Latvia's aviation stakeholders signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, and as a result of this RAF2019's agenda takes a closer look at aviation strategy priorities.
The full-day event is divided into three parts, with the first focusing on a road map of aviation in Latvia, after which the forum splits into two tracks - one dedicated to aviation in Europe, and another dedicated to issues pertaining to drones in commercial service, including regulatory issues.
