May 21, 2019 (newstodate): Good news from China to the Swedish passenger and air cargo market: China Eastern Airlines will go year-round between Shanghai and Stockholm!
   China Eastern Airlines launched flights on the route on June 16, 2018, offering four weekly rotations on the route with Airbus A330-200 aircraft during the summer schedule, hibernating during winter.
   But during the recent visit to Sweden by Judy Li, China Eastern Airlines Director Europe, news broke that the carrier has decided to extend its service to the Swedish market from seasonal to year-round from the coming winter schedule while setting up also an own office at Stockholm Airport's Sky City.
   Shanghai ranks as the #1 cargo destination in the Swedish airfreight market, and the extension of China Eastern's service bodes well for Stockholm Airport's cargo growth.
