May 16, 2019 (newstodate): Finnair will cooperate with the Chinese carrier Juneyao Airlines that is to launch flights between Shanghai and Helsinki.
   Juneyao Airlines will operate daily rotations on the route from June 28, 2019, with Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
   Finnair has been on-line between the two destinations since September 2004 and is today also offering daily flights.
   The two airlines have now inked a code-share agreement on flights between Helsinki and Shanghai Pudong International Airport, as well as on selected Juneyao routes in China and selected Finnair routes in Finland.  
   Under the agreement, Finnair customers can thus connect with Juneyao Airlines from Shanghai to Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, Qingdao, Xian, Chongqing, Kunming, Xiamen and Fuzhou.  
   In addition, the Finnair code will be added on Juneyao Airline's routes between Nanjing and Xian, Chongqing and Zhangjiajie.  
   At the same time, Juneyao Airlines' code will be added to Finnair´s route between Shanghai and Helsinki, and to Finnair’s domestic routes from Helsinki to Ivalo, Rovaniemi, Kemi, Kuopio and Oulu.
