Apr 03, 2019 (newstodate): The position as CEO at the Estonian carrier Nordica seems to be a rather volatile occupation.
After only 10 months in the seat, Hannes Saarpuu has announced his decision to step down, staying in the chair only till May 2019 when a successor has supposedly been found.
Already a member of the Supervisory Board, Mr Saarpuu took over the position as an interim solution pending the completion of a tender process to find the successor to Jan Tamm, who stepped down in July 2018 as Chairman of the Board after serving from the start in October 2015.
This process produced no result, and has now to be rebooted in the wake of Mr Saarpuu's decision to leave the office.
