Mar 04, 2019 (newstodate): From the start of the coming summer 2019 schedule, frequencies on the route connecting Estonia and Ukraine will increase.
The Estonian carrier Nordica will be increasing from five to six weekly rotations on the route between Tallinn Airport and Kiev Boryspil Airport, while Wizz Air will increase frequency from two to four weekly rotations on the route.
In contrast to last summer's schedule, Nordica will however not be operating flights also to Kiev's other airport, Zhuliany Airport that was launched on April 26, 2018, but suspended again already from the start of this winter schedule.
Wizz Air Ukraine was the country's first low-cost carrier, starting operations from July 18, 2008 with Airbus A320 aircraft, but the carrier folded its wings by April 20, 2015, with traffic taken over by Wizz Air that now has four Airbus A320 aircraft based at Kiev.
