Feb 13, 2019 (newstodate): Launched on November 15, 2018, at a meeting in Stockholm arranged by Swedavia with some 60 invited stakeholders, Air Cargo Sweden is already very much alive.
At the meeting participants signed up for six working groups, with the first meetings scheduled for January 8-10, 2019.
According to Swedavia, meetings in the focused working groups have already been attended by from eight to 20 participants from stakeholders in the industry including representatives from airlines, integrators, GSSAs and handling companies.
Copenhagen Airport also kicked-off a process to set up a CPH Cargo Community at an event on February 6, 2019, but has taken a slightly different approach to the issue.
In the coming six months the process will comprise setting up one to three working groups with participants invited by Copenhagen Airport's cargo team, as well as calling to two annual Copenhagen Cargo Community sessions.
