Dec 18, 2019 (newstodate): The Latvian carrier RAF-Avia has long been fighting to source one more ATR freighter to its fleet. And now it's here...
   The second ATR 72-200F has been delivered to Riga-based RAF-Avia, landing at Riga Airport on December 17, 2019.
   -There are plenty of ATR 72-200 aircraft in passenger version, but conversion takes time and is, again, a very costly solution. Also ATR 72-500 aircraft abound, but only in passenger version, Jelena Rigere, RAF-Avia Commercial Director, earlier told newstodate.
   In the fleet are now two An-26B, one Saab 340A in cargo configuration and two ATR 72-200F, as well as two Saab 340B passenger aircraft.
