Currently operating five weekly rotations on the route, Singapore Airlines will add two more weekly flights from January 2, 2020, from the start of this winter schedule served with Airbus A350-900 aircraft replacing the Boeing 777-300 aircraft earlier allocated to the route.
Today providing the only non-stop direct flights connecting Copenhagen and Singapore, Singapore Airlines celebrated its 40 years anniversary at Copenhagen Airport in 2017, and since 2013 the carrier has been operating the route in a JV with SAS concerning air traffic between Singapore and Scandinavia - an arrangement later expanded with the addition of the Stockholm–Singapore route from May 2017.
