Nov 19, 2019 (newstodate): Despite the current turmoil in Hong Kong, export volumes of Norwegian salmon to the city seem to remain rather untouched - so far.
In week 45 ending November 10, 2019, Norway exported a total of 292 tonnes of salmon to Hong Kong against 243 tonnes in week 45, 2018, bringing this year's exports to Hong Kong to 11,910 tonnes against 12,915 tonnes in week 45, 2018.
In week 44, 2019, exports were 337 tonnes against 225 in 2018; in week 43, volumes were 267 tonnes against 247 in 2018, and in week 43, volumes were 289 tonnes against 226 in 2018.
