Nov 08, 2019 (newstodate): The Lithuanian aircraft leasing company AviaAM Leasing has completed aircraft deliveries to its first customer in Vietnam: Bamboo Airways.
   The ambitious start-up Vietnamese carrier, based at Hanoi and member of the Vietnamese FLC Group, has taken delivery of two Airbus A321 aircraft on October 21 and 31, 2019, respectively, after completion of pre-delivery maintenance checks by FL Technics at Kaunas Airport.
   Under the lease contract, a third aircraft will follow in November 2019, all on an eight-year agreement.
   Bamboo Airways performed its first commercial flight in January 2019.  
   In the fleet are now 16 aircraft, with orders placed for a further 83 aircraft including 46 Airbus A321neo and 30 Boeing787-9 aircraft.
