Now, Juneyao has announced that starting from the same date, the Shanghai-Helsinki route will be extended to Dublin on two of the seven weekly flights.
Flights between Helsinki and Manchester will thus be performed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while flights between Helsinki and Dublin will be performed on Sundays and Thursdays.
In both cases, Juneyao Airlines be exercise 5th Freedom Rights allowing for bookings between Helsinki and the two new European destinations.
With a total of seven weekly rotations between Shanghai and Helsinki, the carrier may have plans for further news on onward flights to a third European destination from Shanghai on Saturdays and Tuesdays via its new hub at Helsinki Airport.
