Oct 29, 2019 (newstodate): Turkish Cargo launched freighter services at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport this summer - and is now adding to the frequency.
The company launched a weekly rotation between Istanbul Ataturk Airport and Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport on June 12, 2019, with Airbus A330-200 and Boeing 777-300F aircraft offering transfer at Istanbul of shipments between Sheremetyevo and destinations in Europe, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the United States.
After only few months of services, Turkish Cargo has now added a second weekly rotation on the route.
Since Summer 2018, Turkish Cargo is also operating between Istanbul and Moscow Vnukovo Airport, operating an Airbus A330-200F aircraft.
In addition, Turkish Cargo offers belly capacity on the airline's four weekly flights between Istanbul Ataturk Airport and Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport with Airbus A330-300 aircraft, as well as three weekly flights from Ankara to Moscow Domodedovo Airport using AnadoluJet's Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
