Jan 07, 2019 (newstodate): Odessa International Airport on Ukraine's Black Sea Cost, expects to introduce low-cost operations in summer 2019.
On the horizon are Wizz Air and Ryanair that will both commence operations from the coming summer schedule.
The airport is thus working to complete pertinent upgrading of its 2,800m runway as well as construction of a new taxiway system.
The modernization of the airport is managed under a master-plan developed by the Austrian consulting company Airport Consulting Vienna, while the Spanish company Ineco is in charge of the the design of the terminal that was opened for handling on April 15, 2017.
