Jan 21, 2019 (newstodate): One Lithuanian airline with a positive outlook for 2019 is the hi-end charter carrier KlasJet, based at Vilnius Airport.
The carrier expanded its aircraft fleet in 2018 by adding a further three Boeing 737-500 aircraft bringing the fleet to four of this type in addition to one Hawker 800XP, one Bombardier CRJ200, and one Bombardier Challenger 850 aircraft.
The first of the new aircraft will become operational in this year's Q1, the second in Q2, with the third aircraft joining the services in H1, 2019.
On the top of this, KlasJet expects to add four more Boeing 737 aircraft already in 2019.
KlasJet is targeting special customer segments and groups including sports clubs, show business, diplomatic flights, VIP flights, VIP tours, M.I.C.E., chartered by customers in Europe and the Middle East.
The carrier's aircraft are customized and uniquely designed including tailored technical specifications to provide hi-end services.
KlasJet was set up in 2013 as a subsidiary of the Lithuanian aviation conglomerate Avia Solutions Group, and managed by Dovydas Jurgelevicius as CEO.
