Jan 11, 2019 (newstodate): Etihad may have reached the bottom om its pockets - and its financial restraints have now hit its equity partner airline, Air Serbia, as well.
According to the latest revision of Airbus' backlog, Etihad has cancelled its order for for 10 Airbus A320neo aircraft otherwise allocated to Air Serbia as replacement for the airline's current fleet of eight A319 and two A320 aircraft.
Deliveries were originally slated to start from late 2018 until 2020.
