Jan 04, 2018 (newstodate): The Estonian carrier Nordica has expanded its fleet by one more CRJ900 aircraft.
The new strategy of the carrier calls for more capacity to be allocated to the ACMI market as the supply in the Estonian air travel market currently outweighs the demand.
Nordica has thus announced that flights on eight routes out of Tallinn Airport will be cut from summer 2019.
Nordica's aircraft are owned by the state-owned company Transpordi Varahaldus OÜ and operated by Nordica.
In the fleet are already 10 CRJ900, two CRJ700 and seven ATR 72-600, four of which are operating for SAS under a six-year contract signed in 2017.
