Jan 29, 2019 (newstodate): The Danish charter and ACMI carrier Jet Time has now taken delivery of the last of a batch of four Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Two of the aircraft are already in commercial service for tour operators during the winter schedule, one operating out of Copenhagen and Malmo to the Canarias, the other flying out of Northern Sweden and Helsinki, also to the Canarias.
The third aircraft was delivered at the base in Copenhagen on January 19, and the last delivery was on January 23, 2019.
Both aircraft are now awaiting the approval from the Danish CAA Trafikstyrelsen and will be allocated for charter flights from airports in southern Sweden as well as being available for ACMI operations and serving as back-up to Jet Time's operations.
In the fleet are now four Boeing 737-700 and four Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
