Sep 26, 2018 (newstodate): The Swedish carrier BRA, Braathens Regional has become a staunch customer for Fokker 50 aircraft.
The carrier is now adding a fourth Fokker 50 aircraft to serve on the thin routes in Southern Sweden, and the aircraft is sourced from the Swedish airline Amapola on a lease contract with BRA cabin crews and Amapola pilots in the cockpit.
In September 2017 BRA signed an initial sub-lease contract with Amapola Flyg comprising two Fokker 50 aircraft, later growing the engagement to three and now four F50 aircraft which empties the passenger fleet potentials of Amapola that also operates a fleet of 12 F50 freighter aircraft.
