Aug 20, 2018 (newstodate): Russia's St Petersburg Pulkovo Airport saw passenger volumes up by 11 percent, y-o-y, in January-July 2018.
A total of 10,054,894 passengers passed through the airport, of which 3,972,181 traveled on international flights.
Russian carrier dominate the traffic at Pulkovo Airport, with a share at 59 percent generated by majors Rossiya Airlines, Aeroflot, S7 Airlines, Pobeda and Ural Airlines and accounting for 5,944,182 passengers.
Western airlines including primarily Lufthansa, Belavia, Uzbekistan Airways, KLM, and Emirates contributed 7.1 percent of the total passenger throughput, totaling 713,126 passengers during the seven months.
