Jul 02, 2018 (newstodate): Denmark's Billund Airport will land its second connection to Warsaw, Poland, with the first flight today.
New on the route is the Polish carrier LOT that is now offering two daily rotations on the route between Warsaw and Billund using Embraer E170 aircraft.
Already providing services on the route is Wizz Air with the first flight on March 27, 2017, offering two weekly rotations served with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Some 200 Danish companies in the region served by Billund airport are established with subsidiaries and offices in Poland, adding to about 30,000 Polish nationals employed by companies in Western Denmark that also constitute a market for the route
