Jun 29, 2018 (newstodate): Aeroflot is again to increase frequency on its route between Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport and Vilnius, in Lithuania.
Starting from July 1, the carrier will introduce a 3rd daily frequency - like the to existing flights operated with Airbus A320 aircraft.
Aeroflot earlier served the route to Vilnius till 2004 when it retreated from the market due to lack of aircraft compliant with EU noise requirements.
After a lapse of eight years, Aeroflot then returned services to Vilnius from March 25, 2012, with one dally flight, adding a second rotation on the route from October 26, 2014.
